Ed Hardy Shirts--the symbol of Tattoo Art

by Administrator | post a comment

The Ed Hardy shirts that so many are fond of have made quite showing in the fashion world over the past few years. With all of the television buzz and celebrity gossip that surrounds us, not to mention our fast-paced lifestyles, we are sometimes left with little time to focus on fashion. Ed Hardy's unmistakable style and passion will draw you in whether you are seeking it out or not. Whatever the reason, fashion Ed Hardy is a brand that the world just can't seem to get enough of. In 1967 when Don Ed Hardy began his career as a tattoo artist he had just received a B.F.A. degree in printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute. He continued his studies of the art in the 70s and 80s in Japan with a traditional tattoo master. In 2002 Ku USA, Inc. signed a licensing agreement with Don Ed Hardy. Within two years of using his designs to produce a line of Ed Hardy apparel other fashion companies started taking interest in his art as well. One fashion designer who had been captured by Don Ed Hardy's artwork was Christian Audigier. The "Freedom", "Death before Dishonor" and "Love Kills Slowly" tattoo body art themes created by Don Ed Hardy was licensed to Audigier for his exclusive use in a 2004 agreement. The "Ed Hardy clothing" brand has raised street culture and lifestyle couture to a new level as a result.
